I am Stijn Hoeks, I live with my wife Margriet in Utrecht, I have 3 children (between 15 and 20 years old). Windsurfing is my passion.

I have extensive experience as a manager of teams of change specialists (such as Program & Project Leaders, Business Analysts, Portfolio Managers) in a technical 'high pace' environment.
I am warm and approachable, have an altruistic spirit and a friendly disposition. I love working with teams and creating change to improve things.

My ambition is to continue learning and growing in initiating and contributing to changes that are necessary for organizations and teams to be and remain successful in an increasingly rapidly changing world. A willingness to change, on the part of everyone involved, including myself, is important to anchor change.
